I love my bread machine, it is truly a great help for a busy person who loves to cook and bake. This time I baked a chocolate cake in bread machine which again turn out to be delicious and extremely easy to make.
I used the original Zojirushi recipe and adjusted it a bit.
Mine: more butter and Ghirardelli premium baking chips (semi-sweet chocolate).
- 3 large eggs/beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup melted sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chip
The process is very simple: put all ingredients in bread machine, press button and 2 hours later you will have a delicious and moist chocolate cake.
It is a bit dense, thus a glass of milk makes it even better!
