We have recently bough a juicer which I believe is a great invention. Never the less, quite a lot pulp is left after making juice. I was looking for creative ways to use it and well one of it was just to bake some bread.
The recipe as always is very simple:
- 1 cup of orange pulp
- 1 pack of active yeast
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 1/2 cups of bread flour
I have used dough function to prepare dough and left it for 1 hour in 100F. Then baked it in the oven in 350F for 50min.
