Kiwi jam cake

More jam means more cakes!


So, kiwi cake it is:)

For this recipe I used:

  • 1 jar of kiwi (can be any kind of jam for that matter)
  • 3 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 4 tbsp of greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp of baking powder

First of all, I have made the dough and laid it in the pan.

Then laid a layer of jam.

And covered it with crumbled leftovers of the dough.


Finally baked it for 45 min in 350F. Enjoy!
